Here at JPRS we service many different Cultural Diversities in the surrounding counties within Indiana. Always keep in mind all Adults, regardless of their functional limitations or cognitive impairments, should be offered opportunities that promote independence, while restoring, maintaining, and stimulating their abilities and capacities. The needs of each Individual client and the ability to meet their needs are foremost in determining appropriate staff and that’s where you come in and play your part. We play an active role in developing an individualized plan of care that meets the clients physical, intellectual, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs. 

We here at JPRS are proud of the friendly  and family-like atmosphere we have within ourselves.  We take pride in being able to provide a positive and friendly work environment, not only for our staff but clients and their families. For elderly and adult clients in need of in-home support, Journi’s Pathway Residential Services offers exemplary in-home care. Many seniors’ greatest wish is to be able to spend as much time as possible with their loved ones at home, and our highly skilled home care assistants make this a reality. Our clients’ and their families’ lives should be made better is the caregivers’ only objective. As they continue to live freely, we make sure they are comfortable, safe, and well-maintained. Despite chronic illnesses, reduced mobility, and other age-related issues, in-home care allows elders to maintain their independence.
